Which credit cards do you accept?

Our online Popcorn Shop currently accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.

I prefer not to share my credit card information online. Can I order by phone?

Of course! A friendly customer care representative is available to help you get your Popsalot fix from 9AM to 2PM PST, Monday through Saturday. To order by phone, please call 1.855.767.7040.

How will I know my order is confirmed?

Whether you place an order through our online shop or by phone, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the details of your purchase as soon as your method of payment has been verified. We'll send you another friendly reminder when your order has been shipped.

Can I track the status of my order online?

We will send you a friendly e-mail with snack-tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped from our sunny California kitchen. You can log into your Popsalot account anytime to track your order, or enter your tracking number directly on the UPS or USPS websites.

Oops! I need to change or cancel my order. Who should I contact?

The details of your order are sent to our kitchen immediately after it has been submitted. Therefore, we are unable to cancel your existing order, substitute flavor or product selections in your existing order, or change the method of delivery you selected for your existing order.

If you would like to make a product addition to your existing order, give us a call at 855.767.7040 within 24 hours of placing the order and we will try our best to fulfill your request. Please note that we can only consider product additions if your order is being shipped to the same address via Standard Delivery. Regretfully, your amended order will be ineligible for the Everyday Free Shipping Promotion, even if the additional product brings the total purchase price above $75. If your new order request is accepted, you will receive an updated order confirmation via email.

How do I order Popsalot as a gift?

Simply select the GIFT option upon checkout and double-check that you've entered the recipient's address as the shipping address. You will be able to compose a personal message for your handwritten gift card, and your gift will arrive without pricing details on the enclosed invoice.

Can I place an order now to be processed later?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a pre-order option at this time. We are also unable to guarantee that your order will arrive on a specific date within the estimated time frame for your chosen shipping option. Our commitment to bringing you only the freshest handcrafted popcorn means that your order details are sent to our kitchen within 24 hours of being submitted. 

Can I customize my order or substitute flavors in a case of Popsalot?

Our 12-pouch cases of Popsalot reflect the most popular flavor requests from our fans. Regretfully, we are currently unable to accommodate flavor substitutions for our cases. If you'd like to create a custom mix of your personal flavor favorites, please take a look at our collection of cheery combination gift tins.

Do you offer gift-wrapping or gift cards with my Popsalot order?

A handwritten card is offered with any gift purchase from our online store. Upon checkout, you will have the option to select a card and compose your personal message.

While we do not currently offer gift-wrapping services, our cheery gift tins, colorful pouches and printed cases make an eye-catching presentation for any event. If you are interested in adding a personal touch or deluxe presentation to your gift order, please e-mail noah@popsalot.com with your event date, event budget, expected number of guests and any special details you want to feature. We will be thrilled to explore and develop your ideas.

Do you offer custom-printed tins or packaging for corporate gifts, parties or wedding favors?

We would love to help you celebrate all the special moments and extra-special people that make your life so sweet. From employee appreciation gifts to wedding reception treats, Popsalot California Popcorn makes a delicious way to show how much you care. Naturally, we want you or your company to take center stage, so please contact noah@popsalot.com with your event date, event budget, expected number of guests and any special details you want to feature. Possibilities for showcasing your company logo, wedding theme colors, guest of honor or event name include custom printed labels, handcrafted hang tags, printed satin ribbon and decorative packaging.

Please keep in mind that any custom artwork or additional packaging may incur an extra charge; inspiration on how to include Popsalot in your Big Day is always free!

Can I order my favorite Popsalot flavor in bulk for my a popcorn bar or party?

Bulk orders of Popsalot are available for private events, but not for resale. To discuss the details of your order, please email noah@popsalot.com with your event date, event budget, expected number of guests and any special details you hope to feature. We will be thrilled to explore and develop your ideas for storing, serving and presenting Popsalot to your guests.

While your popcorn will always be popped fresh, please contact us at least 4 weeks before your event date so we can plan accordingly for popping, packaging and shipping your order.

If you are unsure of which flavor you would like to serve at your event, a sampler of all current Popsalot flavors is available for $35. Please note that this sampler is designed to help you choose your favorite without having to purchase a full case or multiple gift tins, therefore it is not a regular option in our online store. Standard shipping is included with this sample pack, but please account for the additional time this will add to your event timeline.

What types of corporate gift programs do you offer?

We are happy to help you show appreciation for your administrative team, celebrate a star employee or send a round thanks for annual referrals. Cheery red tins of Popsalot Gourmet Popcorn are a fun yet elegant way to make a memorable impression on your network of colleagues and clients across the country.

Our customer service team is here for you 7 days a week to make placing your large order effortless. If you're sending more than 15 gifts to different recipients, please call us at 1.855.767.7040 to learn more about our corporate volume discounts, shipping rates, time frame for production and available flavor selection. Alternatively, send the details of your order to corporateorders@popsalot.com anytime, and a customer service representative will respond to you within 48 hours.

Gift card services are always available upon request; please call us to discuss options and custom pricing. We can also insert any branded inclusions or literature provided by your company inside each box.

We'll even take care of delivery! After placing your order with your customer service representative, just send us your client list and we'll take care of the rest.

Who is your shipping carrier?

Popsalot is proud to use UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Delivery and USPS Priority Mail.

What are your shipping options?

Popsalot offers a variety of shipping options to help you satisfy your popcorn cravings as quickly as you choose. Our standard delivery option is via UPS Ground, which serves all regions of the United States in 2-7 business days. UPS Next Day Express and USPS Priority Mail (nationwide in 2-3 business days) are also available. Please note that these delivery windows are estimates from UPS and USPS. If you must have your Popsalot and you must have it NOW, please contact us at 1.855.767.7040 to discuss Overnight Shipping and Local Courier options. 

Can I have my package delivered on Saturday?

Yes. While we cannot currently target a Saturday delivery, choosing the option of a Saturday delivery may allow you to receive your popcorn in time for weekend cravings, rather than having to wait until Monday. For the option of a Saturday delivery, you must select USPS Priority Mail as your shipping method.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

No, but would you want to miss getting first crack at a crunchy handful? Popsalot does not require a signature upon delivery to release the package. If no one is available to receive your order of Popsalot, the shipping carrier will make the judgment on whether to leave your package in a safe location at the designated address, or leave you a notice of a delivery attempt.

Remember that you can always track your package online once it has been shipped. If you would like to add Delivery Confirmation or Package Tracking, please give us a call at 1.855.767.7040 within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that any additional shipping services will be charged at cost, and we can only apply them to your order before we ship it out.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, Popsalot is happy to ship to PO Boxes. However, please note that you MUST select USPS Priority Mail service upon checkout. 

Do you ship to APOs or FPOs?

Yes, Popsalot is happy to ship a loving taste of home to our troops stationed at home and abroad. In order to have your order processed without delay, you MUST select USPS Priority Mail service upon checkout.

Do you ship internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska?

The lush Macadamias in our Hawaiian Macadamia would have a major fit if we mainlanders didn't let them visit home once in a while. Popsalot is happy to ship to Hawaii and Alaska. 

Currently, Popsalot is only able to ship internationally to Canada. USPS Priority Delivery must be selected for all shipments to Canada; additional custom and tax charges may also apply. Please contact us with any questions on International Shipping prior to placing your order and we will be glad to help you share the Popsalove with your far-flung friends and family.

When will my order ship?

Every order we receive from our online Popcorn Shop will be freshly popped, packaged and shipped within 2 business days. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking information for your order as soon it has left our bustling California kitchen.

Where are the orders shipped from?

Every batch of Popsalot is handcrafted with love and shipped directly from our kitchen in California.

When will I or my recipient receive the order?

All orders ship from Popsalot's California kitchen, Monday through Friday.  You can always log in to your Popsalot account and enter your UPS tracking information to receive real-time updates on your order.

Will I receive an email notification when my order ships? Can I track my package?

Yes, and yes! Popsalot Gourmet Popcorn will send you an e-mail confirming your order as soon as your payment has been approved. You will receive a second confirmation e-mail with tracking information as soon as your popcorn has been shipped.

What if I am not satisfied with my product?

We are passionate about sharing good times with great taste, and we are genuinely thankful for all the loyal fans and new friends who choose Popsalot Gourmet Popcorn. If you are ever less than thrilled with your Popsalot experience, then so are we.

You bet! If you are unable to locate Popsalot California Popcorn at your favorite store, please let the store managers know that you've found a great new product for their shelves.
