Returns Or Damaged Merchandise

Our products are perishable. So, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges
The cans are placed in protective packaging and are presented to the carriers in perfect condition. Therefore, damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. If a package appears to be damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package on your receipt from the carrier. Once the package is opened, if damage is discovered, notify the carrier immediately and file a claim with them. Claims for damage must be handled through the carrier, not POPSALOT.

Well, we want to get it to you ASAP and we don’t want you to have to pay an arm and a leg to get it! That's why our ultra low-cost for 2nd Day Air Express is just $15.00 for each increment of $100.00. Can’t wait? Then choose Overnight Delivery for an additional $15.00.

Buy one for yourself, send another to a friend and while you’re at it, don’t forget about your best friend whom you haven’t seen in a few months. Purchase some popcorn for each, we will ship it to their respective address and your total shipping cost can stay the same! We'll ship your entire order to as many addresses as you want for only $15 per $100 you purchase. Purchase more and the proportionate shipping costs can go down radically!
Order Processing:
No cans are shipped the same day ordered and we are not able to hold orders for future specified dates. All orders, during the non-holiday season, are processed within two (2) - three (3) business days, excluding legal holidays. Deliveries of orders usually arrive within two (2) business days from date of shipment, not from the date the order was placed. Shipments are made Mondays through Fridays, excluding legal holidays.
POPSALOT reserves the right to change carriers and prices. Currently, we use the United Parcel Service and we do not require a signature upon delivery. Please be certain to provide street or business address where items are to be delivered. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APOs or FPOs. Also, please provide a phone number in case we have a question about your order.
